Today we have reestablished the Iron Legion LEMC presence in Italy, through our Northside Chapter. We forgive, but we will never forget.
As some of you know, Italy and France filed a fraudulent Trademark in Europe and tried to take over this Great Club. Their lies and harassment caused many members to step away from the Club as threats of court actions were hurled at them. Our Brothers in Sweden stuck with us through this ordeal and today we all celebrate. This attempt to destroy our Club has failed.
After 3 long years of court actions and lots of money, The Iron Legion LEMC finally dealt a final blow to the fake Chapters in Italy and France concerning our Clubs Trademark. The courts put them in their place and have instructed those men to disband and to pay all financial hardships endured by the Original and only Iron Legion LEMC.
Those men have been identified and will never wear the Iron Legion LEMC Colors again. They tried to destroy this Club in Europe, by acting in bad faith. All those in the LEMC community, who hold themselves to a higher standard, should be weary of them. They lack originality and imagination, and it’s on full display as they still try to ride to coattails of this great Club, the Iron Legion LEMC. Their “new” colors are the same with a center patch that looks like a dead sheep’s skull and call themselves the legionaries.
The members of the Iron Legion LEMC understand loyalty, commitment, and brotherhood aren’t just spoken words, they are earned by our commitment to each other and the communities we serve in our professional lives. This has only made the Iron Legion LEMC even stronger.
And finally, this middle finger is for you, fraudulent pieces of shit.
